Channels

Channels are the different ways you can interact with your agent. Right now, your agent is available on:

Web Chat

Built-in chat on your dashboard. Always available, no setup needed.

Telegram

Message your agent from Telegram like you would any contact.

Connecting a channel

Each channel has its own setup process. The web chat works out of the box. For Telegram, you’ll need to create a bot through Telegram’s BotFather and link it to your agent.

Pick a channel

Go to your agent’s dashboard and find the Channels section.

Each channel has a step-by-step guide. See Telegram setup or X/Twitter setup.

Start chatting

Once connected, your agent responds on that channel just like it does on the web.

All channels share the same brain

Your agent’s personality (Soul), memory, and skills work across every channel. A conversation on Telegram is just as good as one on the web.
