Set Up X/Twitter

Link your X/Twitter account so your agent can post tweets, write threads, and interact with content on your behalf.

What you’ll need

  • An X/Twitter account
  • Access to your Klaws dashboard

Step-by-step setup

Go to Channels

Open your agent’s dashboard and find the Channels section. Select X/Twitter.

Connect your account

Click Connect and log in with your X/Twitter account. You’ll be asked to authorize Klaws to post on your behalf.

Approve permissions

Review the permissions and approve. Your agent will be able to read and post tweets on your account.

Test it out

Go to the web chat and ask your agent to draft a tweet. Once you’re happy with it, ask it to post.
